We will definitely return to this hotel if we get the opportunity. It feels like home.

Breakfast was generous and main courses do get changed daily. I love the huge size of room with your own hot spa. Very thoughtful hotel as they provide guest with o-bags and slippers to use during their stay. Drinks and snacks on the house whole day. Very convenient walk to transport and food. Basically located right in the centre of everything

Very nice, airy lobby. The lounge is open all day for guests to use providing drinks, biscuits, ice lollies. A nice touch. Appreciate that there is basement parking. Like that it is located in an upscale area a short walk away for the busy downtown Jiaoxi.

Good value, great location, quiet, easy check-in, modern rooms.

The breakfast was better than average with a decent variety and excellent cofffee. The location in Jiaoxi is super. Close to center of town and near the convenience store. 24/7 coffee, tea, juice, milk, and snacks was excellent. Jerry, whose English was excellent, was helpful and friendly at check-in.

The rainy weather prevented me from using the hot springs on the roof. There were very few movie channels in English....no HBO, Cinemax, STAR, etc.

The hotel is a quite zone in the city. There is a 24h open bar where we can stay and discuss things.

There were 2 problems. First, the staff is not clear about their SOP. We have booked 11bed spaces and only used up 10. For one room there was no breakfast so I opted to add a breakfast option for them. The second day, they say we didn't, the fee was to cover extra bed space. It took a while to correct this problem. Second, which was quite serious, is the cleanliness. Although everything looks neat and clean, we've accidentally dropped something and rolled under the bed. When we searched for it by looking under the bed, WOW, it was like a deserted building filled with trash under the bed. Holy gracious~ You must clean that region, not sweep things into that region!

Superb

This hotel provides free flow of snacks and drinks for the hotel guests. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is quite small but there is a private onsen bath in the toilet.

Very good

I liked the hot springs because the temperature was perfect. And also the pillows and the bed sheets was soft.

The bath area is too small, tiles very slippery and water floods onto dry area all over.

Quiet location which require 10-15 min walk to street area where the crowd is. Toilet’s curtain & floor mat is moldy.
